Our primary partner in Norway, Kenan Dikilitaş, looks a little grainy here – but his mind is a sharp as can be. Kenan is a specialist in teacher education, with expertise in linguistics, translanguaging, and foreign language learning. His research on teacher identity, professional mentoring, and action research are key facets of his work that inform ReaLiTea's mission to foster reflective, inquiry-based, teacher growth over all phases of their careers.

We are looking forward to visiting Kenan in Stavanger, where he has already joined forces with the Sandnes International School in Figgio, Norway, to make sure that we work with practitioners to meet their needs from the very beginning.
